At Capri Gardens, we know that to provide the best care, we must find the right people who will be in the right places doing the right things for the right reasons. We're so happy to expand our family here and welcome some new faces into our skilled nursing facility!
Cailey graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Long-Term Care Administration. She grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and is excited to explore the Columbus area with this new love! She has worked in the long-term care field for close to four years and is very excited to get to know the staff/residents and continue on her career path here at Capri Gardens. When not at work, Cailey enjoys cooking, shopping and going to concerts. Her mission at Capri is to build staff relations and ensure everyone works together to make the facility the best it can be.

This should be a familiar face to everyone at Capri Gardens! Lisa has stepped up from her role as Assistant Director of Nursing. She has been an RN for 18 years with experience in critical care and long-term care. She has worked for Foundations for 11 years. When not at work, Lisa likes to garden, go on cruises and is now a beginner motorcycle rider! Her mission at Capri is to create a positive work environment, serve as a role model to staff and emphasize staff education and development.
Hayley graduated from Bowling Green with a degree in Gerontology and a focus in Long-Term Care Administration. When she graduated, she began her long-term care career in Marysville, Ohio. Hayley is newly engaged and grew up in Bellefontaine, Ohio. She also has a new Cane Corso puppy named Dale, who keeps her busy outside of work. She’s looking forward to meeting all of the residents and families at Capri Gardens.
Ed is another familiar face at Capri Gardens! Ed is excited to take on his new role to ensure residents have delicious and nutritious meals. Ed is loved by all residents and staff and he’s always going above and beyond to whip up some treats for staff to enjoy as well.

Brianna has had a passion for doing activities for some time now. She has worked for Foundations Health for almost a year now and enjoys every single day of it. She has two beautiful daughters who are her whole world! On the weekends, they like to take Columbus by storm and visit any and all local attractions. Brianna likes to end her day with a good book, her journal and some wine.
