Scheduling Coordinator

Capri Gardens, a skilled nursing and rehab care center in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a dynamic and strong, Full Time Nursing Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Nursing Scheduling related duties for the facility, as well as additional administrative duties.

Our ideal candidate must hold a current STNA certification and possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ of experience in scheduling in a SNF / long term care facility. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel are required. A strong knowledge of computer use is also required.

We need a quick learner who is comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment, who also has a strong desire to work as part of an amazing team, but is able to work equally as well independently. If you are a motivated self-starter who is excellent at multi-tasking and can do all of those things with a smile on your face and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you regarding this amazing opportunity.
