Our Facility
Capri Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is home to all of the latest amenities in our 80 spacious rooms. Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, phone, Wi-Fi and television. The homelike environment is furnished with custom Amish furniture that has been specifically made for our Center. Each room is also equipped so that the temperature can be individually controlled and changed by the resident to fit their preferences. Residents are free to explore several dining options designed by our chef and team of dietary professionals at Capri.
Capri Gardens is conveniently located in Lewis Center, Ohio, approximately 5 miles North of Interstate 270 off of US RT 23. Our convenient location for Powell, Westerville and Delaware County residents gives a great option for nursing and therapy services. The homelike atmosphere you will find at Capri is a calming setting for those coming from the hospital that are looking for some valuable therapy before transitioning back to home. Whether you are looking for a short, therapeutic rehabilitation stay or long-term, 24/7 nursing care all will enjoy access to our recreational areas. Our Cyber Café computer lounge is complete with a bar and library to enjoy a wide range of activities. Each resident area also has its own living space for families to gather while visiting.
