August Employee of the Month

Capri Gardens wants to give our community a peak inside the lives of our staff who work so hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are highlighting our August Employee of the Month, Cynthia Opoku, STNA!



We are so proud to give Cynthia this award because she’s always on time, does everything with a smile, and most of all, the residents love her. Since she started working here five months ago, she has displayed great qualities of being a great employee, including being loyal, punctual, patient, motivated, and flexible. Being one of our hard-working STNAs, Cynthia is always putting her residents first and treating them with the respect and compassion that they deserve. Cynthia believes that she's found her calling because she loves working with people and taking care of those in need. She said that she enjoys every part of her job!
