National Boss's Day at Lewis Center Nursing Home

Capri celebrated their Administrator Amanda Meeks yesterday for Boss's Day. Amanda's response to receiving an unexpected arrangement and card from her team was pure gratitude.

"The team we have built at Capri is absolutely amazing. We work so well together and it feels like one big family from our leadership to our line staff. We are so excited to be officially open and able to accept residents."

The most exciting part for Amanda is to watch the Culture of Care come out in each and every one of her staff members as we move in new residents.

"It is truly wonderful to see our team in action, and to know that we hired the right people to provide the best care possible to those we serve."
