Newest Foundations Health Solutions Nursing Home Coming to Columbus, Ohio

Lewis Center, OH - Foundations Health Solutions, an industry leading long-term care management company, is pleased to announce the development of their newest skilled nursing facility. Capri Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is a 64,000 square-foot facility located on a beautiful 10 acre lot. It is home to 80 private rooms. Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, phone, WiFi, and television. The homelike environment is furnished with handmade Amish furniture that has been custom made for our facility. Each room’s temperature can be individually controlled and changed by the resident to fit their preferences.

Capri Gardens is conveniently located in Lewis Center, Ohio. Capri Gardens is approximately 5 miles North of Interstate 270 just off of US RT 23. We are on the east side of the Orange Township bike/pedestrian bridge just behind the Emergency Room at Mount Carmel Lewis Center. If you are coming from the north, we are approximately 9 miles south of the center of downtown Delaware. The location is easily accessible to the nearby communities of Delaware, Powell, Westerville, and Worthington.
