Welcoming Our New Social Services Director

Capri Gardens is committed to expanding our team with individuals who have a true passion for long-term care. They prioritize our residents' needs by making sure their safe, comfortable and feel cared for. We are excited to welcome Stephanie Lazirko to our skilled nursing facility as our new Social Services Director!

Although Stephanie is new to Capri Gardens, she is not new to our company, Foundations Health Solutions. Many of our friends at our sister facilities, including Darby Glenn and Meadow Grove, will know her as she's worked for the company for eight years. She's worked in a variety of roles, from admissions to social work and even front desk receptionist. With Stephanie being so versatile in many roles, it helps her give the best Culture of Care to our residents and staff members.



One thing she loves most about her job is communicating with the residents and learning about their special and unique needs so that she can continue providing them with the best care possible. Stephanie knows the true meaning of our Culture of Care and spreads it to everyone she encounters. Stephanie is a hard worker, and we are so lucky to have her on Team Capri!

In her spare time, Stephanie spends a lot of time with family and friends, shopping and enjoying meals together. We're looking forward to getting to know Stephanie more! If you see Stephanie in our hallways, please give her a warm welcome!
